Receptionist
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve visitors and announce their arrivals to all concerned
- Answer internal and external phone calls
- Scan and copy documents
- Keep office area and meeting rooms clean and well-organized
- Other administrative assistance
Qualifications:
- 2 years related experience is preferred
- Capacity to remain organized and to manage priorities
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and French. Mandarin is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to provide and receive honest feedback in a constructive manner
- A collaborative spirit, and the ability to work in teams
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and collaborate
- Ability to drive vehicles as an asset
