Receptionist

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve visitors and announce their arrivals to all concerned
• Answer internal and external phone calls
• Scan and copy documents
• Keep office area and meeting rooms clean and well-organized
• Other administrative assistance

Qualifications:

• 2 years related experience is preferred
• Capacity to remain organized and to manage priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and French. Mandarin is an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to provide and receive honest feedback in a constructive manner
• A collaborative spirit, and the ability to work in teams
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and collaborate
• Ability to drive vehicles as an asset

Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities:

• Electronic and print marketing materials design: corporate documents, print ads, web ads, banners, brochures, newsletter template, promotional items etc.
• Support our marketing team to various design needs
• Monitor the design landscape for current and future trends
• Review all assets, ensuring overall quality, proper placement, grammar, and typography.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience (required)
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and Indesign
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English/French.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to adapt to change in a daily, unpredictable production environment
• Ability to provide and receive honest feedback in a constructive manner
• A collaborative spirit, and the ability to work and lead across departments
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and collaborate
