Message from Diamond Diamond Real Estate Inc. ’s 20^th Anniversary:

During the course of those 20 successful years in real estate, we feel we have achieved the main objectives we set out to accomplish at the beginning of this journey.

Some of our most important goals were to:

• Create an influential team, composed of members that value team spirit and hard work

• Establish Diamond Diamond as a real estate leader in service and knowledge

Our Cocktail and Gala both took place on Saturday, January 18^th 2014. They were an absolute success by any measure. Our team would like to thank our valuable clients, sponsors and supporters for their generosity in helping to make this upcoming year a memorable one. Also, we would like to thank all of our members and volunteers who participated in this special celebration. It has been a true pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive group.

Congratulations to everyone and we wish everyone more prosperous years in real estate business as we move into the next 20 years.

The Cocktail and Gala for the 20^th Year Anniversary of Diamond Diamond Real Estate Inc. held place on January 18^th 2014 at the Ruby Rouge Restaurant, on Clark Street in China Town. Both the cocktail and Gala were an overwhelming success with many of our clients and collaborators.

The day initiated with the cocktail taking place between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM., on the 3^rd floor of the restaurant Ruby Rouge. There were more than 100 attendees. It was a relaxed, formal atmosphere where a presentation by the company’s CEO, Jocelyn Kao, was organized to highlight several exciting projects, while celebrating Diamond Diamond’s 20 years in real estate business. The objective of the event was to actively promote remarkable projects and offer thrilling discounts and gifts to our clients all through the year of 2014, exclusively through Diamond Diamond. A catering service assisted our attendees with fine wine and delightful Chinese appetizers. The corporation’s real estate brokers were continuously available, explaining to their clients the various promotions offered during 2014.

Later on that evening, the 20^th Year Anniversary Gala took place between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM. It was a beautiful night joined by beloved clients and business partners. The evening inaugurated with a grandiose entrance of the Diamond Diamond team, followed by a convivial speech from the company’s founders Jocelyn Kao and Phillip Lee. Also, before the serving of the first meal, guest VIP speaker, Samuel Gewurz, President of Proment, made a gratifying speech about his experience working in collaboration with Diamond Diamond Real Estate Inc. throughout the years. During the course of the evening, French singer, Jonathan Abitbol, entertained the guests with beautiful French melodies. A festive crowd dined on an appetizing 10 meals course dinner of traditional Chinese cuisine, which was relished by all guests. The amusement of the evening continued as the Diamond Diamond team had scheduled amusing games and a unique Chinese Rap performance. Nevertheless, the evening ended with the cutting of the anniversary cake and the Beatles song “Let It Be”, performed by the Diamond Diamond team (the members added their own twist to the song by singing “Let Them Buy” instead of “Let It Be”). Each guest also received a gift package featuring the company’s 20 Years Anniversary Book and a custom made drinking glass with the firm’s logo. What a memorable night it was!

The team and volunteers worked vigorously for months to ensure that this milestone anniversary was a success. On behalf of the Diamond Diamond team, we would like to thank everyone who participated to make this night an unforgettable one.

The Gala might be behind us, but the spirit of this 20^th Anniversary will live on and we will continue to pave our way and assist all your real estate needs to the best of our abilities.
