MONTREAL — On April 6th, we launched the first Avenue Condos event for our oriental market. L’Avenue is said to be one of Montreal’s tallest residential tower. It will redefine the city’s skyline with the steel-and-glass beacon above the city’s downtown core.
Anthony Broccolini, managing director and 3rd generation of the Broccolini construction enterprise, mentions that L’Avenue happens to be the most beautiful residential tower in the city and that they are very proud to be affiliated with such a fantastic project.
The project is conveniently located on Avenue des Canadiens, right in front of the Bell Centre. The 50-floors high, $200M project is designed by Page+Steele/IBI Group Architects. The residential tower starts on the 10th floor, there are approximately 325 units ranging from 480 to 1,100 sq.ft., as well as the possibility of 4,500 square feet of luxurious penthouse.
During the event, many potential buyers showed up and all were pleasantly astonished by the level of detail the project offers.
