On February, Quebec real estate market has exhibited an surging demand for condos. March continued the footsteps of the second month of 2021, the transactions, median price and total sales in condos skyrocketed, showing a jump of 45% of sales. The market has bounced back in island of Montreal.

Among the most sold properties in Island of Montreal, Condos led the highest total sale of 1,426 while single family homes mark the sale of 609! Plexes (2-5 units) has the strongest growth by 22%, 368 properties are sold on March.
