MONTREAL — On December 22nd 2012, we launched another 400 DOWD event for our oriental market. The bad weather and snow storm did not prove to be a barrier for those who had already planned to come. The majority of the customers were recurrent clients who valued the project as an excellent potential investment. They also recognize our company’s professional service and trustworthiness, which in turn makes them more comfortable in purchasing properties from projects that Diamond Diamond associates itself with. This particular occasion revealed a 25% prospective buying power. In fact, in only half a year, 400 DOWD has sold more than 50% of its condos and still remains one of the bestselling projects in the downtown.
Diamond Diamond Real Estate Inc. believes that the project’s notable success is mainly due to its exceptional and convenient location (near Chinatown and many other city attractions).
